Profile Description

Dr Shivangi graduated from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai (BDS) in 2004 and did her Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics from A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, Karnataka in 2008. She is a Diplomat of the Indian Board of Prosthodontics. She was a faculty at Bharti Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai (2009 – 11). She was awarded the I.C.D Merit Award by ‘The International College of Dentists’ for exceptional performance in the field of Prosthodontics (2003-04). She has been a member of ‘Tomorrow Tooth’ since 2018. She authored the textbook ‘Procedural Dentistry for Complete Dentures’ that was launched at Mumbai Famdent in 2017. She co-authored Elsevier Comprehensive Guide to PDEE in 2009. She has multiple publications in IOSR, JIPS, JIAOMR to her credibility. Proprietor, iDent multispecialty dental centre, Andheri, Mumbai (2011). She has been affiliated with a charitable trust with special attention to geriatric dentistry since 2009. She is a founder and co-mentor at the Academy of Dental Expertise.
