Profile Description
Dr. Sangeetha P. Venkatesh graduated from KLE society’s institute of dental sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka, India (2000). She completed her masters in paediatric dentistry from the esteemed A B shetty’s memorial institute of dental sciences, Mangalore, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences, Karnataka, India in the year 2006. She has been a university rank holder. Following her masters she worked as a senior lecturer in M.R Ambedkar dental college, Bangalore for 3 years. For the next 3 years she practised hospital paediatric dentistry in Badr Al Samaa group of hospitals. It is one of the premium hospitals in the splendid city of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
She emerged to be the first paediatric dental surgeon in the private sector. She was well acknowledged for her behaviour management skills and her successful practise had her niche carved In Oman. She was then absorbed by the Royal Oman Police. She pursued her MFDS from royal college of surgeons Ireland during her tenure in Royal Oman Police Hospital. Till date she is serving the Oman Police. She has various national and international publications to her credit. She has attended and presented various oral health related papers in Oman. She has a special inclination towards special care dentistry.
